The Lane Cove P&C is no longer running the music program. LCPS has a community service agreement with a co-operative of tutors who were part of the 2022 music program run by the P & C.

Instrument Hire

The P&C itself, still has instruments available for hire.

Instrument Selection

Students can hire the following instruments: Students in Year 1 & 2 and above:

Violin

Viola

Cello

Hire details: There are many small size Violins and Cello’s available to hire. Recorders and guitars will need to be purchased.

Students in Year 3 and above:

Woodwind instruments: Clarinet, Flute, Oboe, Saxophone (alto or tenor)

Brass instruments: Euphonium, French Horn, Trombone, Trumpet, Tuba

Bass guitar

Percussion: Drums, Keyboard, Xylophones

The LCPS school community is a very active and welcoming one. There are many opportunities to be involved in social activities, fundraising, and volunteering.
